THRILLED does not even begin to describe explain how I felt when I found out that after SEVEN years of dating, my sister-in-law was engaged to the man of her dreams. In June of 2014, Abby and Stuart were in the process of fixing up their gorgeous new home when Stuart ended up proposing. With her wedding date set for nearly two years later, July 9th of this year, she had plenty of time to make her dream wedding a reality. I was so thrilled to be a part of this and experiment with her stationery goods!
First up, Save the Dates!
When your engagement pictures turn out like hers did and you really cannot decide on just ONE to showcase in this big announcement, you use them all!

This kickstarted a years worth of coordinating pieces not just for her, but her family as well. Though Im already pretty close with this family, that is often my favorite part of working with brides; getting to know everyone!
Abby's Wedding Stationery Gallery
Deciding on wedding invitations you love can take some time, especially when going custom. Mainly, anything can be done! We worked together to make her vision come to life with her wedding invitation suite. Abby chose to coordinate with her wedding colors and implement exquisite details: custom cutting, monogram, various paper textures and topped it off with fine printing. Check out what we came up with!
Other wedding professionals who perfected this day:
The wedding was located at their parents home in Glenville, PA. The place offers scenic views and loads of memories, including where Benjamin and I celebrated our own wedding five years prior.
Abby also recruited me to use pointed pen calligraphy to design a letter she wrote for her parents on paper. The letter was framed and given to Keith and Ellen at their rehearsal dinner.
The rehearsal dinner is also where I like to have my client gifts delivered to all of my soon to be newlyweds. They are so special, not just to me but to the bride.
I know all my brides will keep and cherish them forever.
And of course, I choose January - six months after their wedding date - to share her stationery with you. Because in just FOUR short and sweet months, they will be introducing Baby Cornett into the world!
CONGRATULATIONS, Abby and Stuart!
